Job Overview: We are currently hiring a Graphic Designer to join our creative team at ARNKT Technologies, a fast-growing IT company based in Business Bay, Dubai. This position is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, experience in video editing, and a keen eye for visuals that communicate brand value effectively. Candidates who are fluent in Hindi and hail from North or Central India are encouraged to apply, as cultural and linguistic alignment is essential for effective team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for designing digital assets for various platforms including websites, social media, marketing materials, and client presentations. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging strategies. This role requires creativity, consistency, and a good grasp of design principles.

Video and Motion Work: In addition to graphic design, having experience in video editing and basic video shooting will be a great advantage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable editing promotional videos, explainer clips, and social media reels using industry-standard software. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools will be highly valued in this role.

Content Creation and Innovation: The Graphic Designer will be expected to contribute innovative design ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and digital experiences. You should be adept at understanding modern trends and converting abstract concepts into tangible visuals. Attention to brand identity, consistency in design style, and an eye for detail will be your strengths.

Technical Skills & Tools: You should be proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. Familiarity with UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layout is a must. Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and video composition will add value to your application and daily work responsibilities.

Team Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed, especially as you will be working closely with Hindi-speaking team members. Being fluent in Hindi is mandatory for this role to facilitate smooth and efficient collaboration with the team and clients.
