Creative Role Overview: The Graphic Designer will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity of our brand and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for producing creative assets that align with our brand strategy while staying ahead of design trends. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling visual content.

Design Execution & Asset Development: You will handle the creation of a wide range of design materials, including digital banners, product packaging, brochures, posters, social media creatives, and presentations. From conceptualization to final execution, your designs should enhance user experience and elevate the company's visual communication across channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams. You will interpret briefs, contribute creative ideas, and ensure the final output aligns with campaign objectives and deadlines. Regular feedback loops and brainstorming sessions will be part of your creative routine.

Software & Technical Proficiency: This role requires fluency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with UX/UI basics. Candidates with knowledge of video editing or animation will be preferred, as multimedia content is a core part of our evolving communication strategy.

Brand Consistency & Visual Standards: Maintaining consistency across all visual outputs is essential. You will be responsible for following brand guidelines and evolving them when needed. Ensuring a unified and polished aesthetic in all campaigns, both internal and external, is a major part of this role.

Adaptability & Deadline Management: In a fast-paced environment with overlapping projects, the ability to multitask, reprioritize, and meet tight deadlines is key. You will be expected to take initiative, adapt quickly to feedback, and maintain high design quality under pressure.
