Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative flair to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

Create and refine layouts using professional design software:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

CorelDRAW

Develop visual materials for multiple platforms

Adapt designs to meet technical specifications

Ensure consistency across all design elements

Print & Digital Production

Design marketing materials including:

Brochures and catalogs

Business cards

Posters and banners

Digital advertising assets

Social media graphics

Prepare files for both print and digital use

Monitor production quality and timelines

Troubleshoot technical issues

Presentation Design

Create professional presentation templates

Design engaging infographics and charts

Develop visual aids for internal and external use

Maintain consistency with corporate branding

Supplier Management

Coordinate with printing houses and vendors

Review and approve color proofs

Ensure quality control of final products

Assist in vendor selection process

Manage production timelines

Team Collaboration

Participate in creative team meetings

Coordinate with marketing and sales departments

Provide design support across teams

Contribute to brainstorming sessions

Brand Compliance

Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Enforce corporate design guidelines

Update templates as needed

Archive and organize design files

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite

CorelDRAW

Microsoft Office

Understanding of print production processes

Knowledge of digital design requirements

File preparation and color management expertise

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional design experience

Portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities

Experience in real estate industry preferred

Print production knowledge

Language Skills

Fluent in English

Russian language skills preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Relevant design certifications a plus
