Job Responsibilities:

Visual Communication and Design

Develop visually engaging graphics for diverse marketing channels

Create social media graphics for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Design website banners, brochures, flyers, and comprehensive marketing collateral

Develop email templates, presentations, and both online and offline advertising materials

Creative Strategy

Generate innovative design concepts and original creative ideas

Translate marketing objectives into visually impactful designs

Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications

Technical Execution

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with expert proficiency

Maintain high standards of design quality and technical precision

Stay current with emerging design trends and industry best practices

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment

Collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or closely related field

Minimum 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in corporate or agency settings

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and creativity

Comprehensive understanding of design principles and visual communication

Professional Attributes
