We are a government entity in the UAE seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help shape our visual identity and create compelling multimedia content that aligns with our institutional goals.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to develop and maintain our organization's visual identity across multiple platforms and media formats. The role combines traditional graphic design with motion graphics and digital media expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and icon sets

Create engaging visual content for marketing materials, publications, and promotional campaigns

Design and produce digital advertising assets, including interactive banners, social media graphics, and web elements

Develop motion graphics and animations for video content and digital platforms

Design cinematic and documentary-style video content that adheres to our corporate identity guidelines

Create visual assets for public awareness campaigns and legal educational materials

Produce design work for various institutional initiatives, services, and events

Ensure all deliverables maintain consistent branding and meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

Proven experience in brand identity development and implementation

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital design

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite)

Experience with motion graphics and animation tools

Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specifications

Strong typography and layout skills

Excellent attention to detail and project management abilities

Technical Skills

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

After Effects and Premier Pro for motion graphics and video editing

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles

Understanding of responsive design and digital platforms

Familiarity with web design standards and best practices
