Job Role:

TGC Middle East is currently seeking a Graduate Trainee to join their team in Dubai. This role involves closely collaborating with the recruitment and sales teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operational processes. The Graduate Trainee will assist in market mappings, candidate sourcing, screening, and maintaining recruitment databases. Additionally, they will conduct thorough research and contribute to producing reports and presentations that highlight process improvements and research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to grasp current operational procedures.

Assist in conducting market mappings as directed by Consultants.

Support in sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing candidates under Consultant supervision.

Maintain trackers to monitor progress on recruitment roles across various clients.

Update records of active candidates in the recruitment database.

Conduct comprehensive research on companies, businesses, and industries.

Integrate research findings into reports, presentations, and graphical representations.

Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong negotiation skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
