Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Government, Risk, and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing risks, and supporting governance processes within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and managing compliance with financial market systems, disclosure practices, and governance regulations.

Advising on regulatory requirements and contributing to risk management strategies.

Supporting internal audits and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective compliance policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management, Project Management, or a similar field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.

Nationality: Saudi.

Skills: Strong understanding of financial market systems, disclosure, and governance.

Certifications:

Professional Disclosure Exam certification.

Accredited certification in governance.
