Job Purpose:

The General Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare services, conducting patient consultations, diagnosing medical conditions, and delivering high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient medical examinations and consultations

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions

Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records

Provide preventive healthcare guidance and health education

Collaborate with specialist doctors and healthcare teams

Perform routine medical procedures

Ensure patient safety and deliver compassionate care

Comply with hospital policies, medical protocols, and regulatory requirements

Participate in continuous medical education and professional development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medicine

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License for clinical staff

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate

Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certificate

Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certificate

Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certificate

Ability to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Multilingual capabilities

Experience working in multicultural healthcare environments
