Position Summary:

The General Manager of Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset management portfolio, developing strategic initiatives, managing high-value investment portfolios, and leading a team of financial professionals. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in financial strategy, investment management, and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire asset management division

Manage and optimize investment portfolios across various asset classes

Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Drive performance improvements and identify new investment opportunities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing asset management team

Collaborate with senior executives to align asset management strategies with overall business objectives

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions

Prepare and present detailed financial reports and performance analyses to senior management

Implement innovative approaches to asset allocation and investment strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

UAE National

Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

Proven track record of leadership in asset management or related financial services

Extensive experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, and financial analysis

Strong understanding of local and international financial markets

Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making skills

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent

Experience in managing large-scale investment portfolios

Demonstrated success in driving organizational growth and innovation

Knowledge of emerging financial technologies and investment trends
