General Manager – Qatar

Client:

Linum Consult’s client is a large company working within the luxury hospitality sector. They are currently seeking a General Manager with experience managing luxury spas to be based in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple luxury spas.

Reviewing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring budgets are achieved.

Reviewing staffing structures and overseeing the hiring process.

Ensuring high-quality customer service experiences.

Managing key stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Providing effective reporting to the board, members, and affected stakeholders.

Requirements:

Profile:

Degree qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or a similar field.

Around 10 years’ experience in managing multiple luxury spas, with general experience in the luxury hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Fluent in English.

Previous experience working internationally for multicultural companies.

Salary:

QAR 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
