Job Role:

CG Resourcing is looking for a highly skilled General Manager to join an established foundations contractor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of company operations, including project management, business development, finance, HR, and administration. This role demands strategic leadership to drive growth in the dynamic Saudi market and entails regular reporting to the board of directors.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to effectively manage company operations.

Oversee project management to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality project delivery.

Develop and execute business strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and foster business growth.

Monitor performance metrics and financial outcomes, implementing corrective measures to achieve organizational goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Present regular reports to the board of directors on company performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in foundation contracting, demonstrating a robust technical background.

Successful track record of leadership and management in Saudi Arabia.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.

Proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
