A new dining destination is taking shape in Jumeirah, and it is looking for a General Manager to lead the charge. This is a pre-opening opportunity for a French & Mediterranean concept that aims to make a distinctive mark on Dubai's vibrant culinary scene. The role calls for an experienced hospitality leader who knows how to build a team, shape a guest experience, and open a restaurant with precision and flair.

The General Manager will be responsible for every aspect of the operation, from recruiting and training the opening team to overseeing the setup of systems, processes, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and operational execution. You will work closely with the executive team to define the guest journey, establish financial controls, and ensure that every detail—from the welcome at the door to the final farewell—reflects the quality and ambition of the brand. Once the doors open, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive revenue, control costs, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality. This is not a role for someone who prefers to stay behind a desk. It is for a leader who is present, visible, and deeply involved in every aspect of the business.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience in luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end resort environments. A background in pre-opening projects is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with the Dubai market and its discerning clientele. You have likely held a senior management role in a comparable concept and are ready to take full ownership of a new venture. Strong financial acumen, exceptional people skills, and an unwavering commitment to quality are essential. Languages: fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jumeirah, Dubai. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 25,000, commensurate with experience. You will have the opportunity to shape a new concept from the ground up and be part of an exciting addition to Dubai's dining landscape.
