Role Overview – ERC International is hiring a General Manager for a well-established perfume manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE. This senior leadership position is ideal for experienced manufacturing executives with 10+ years of leadership experience who can drive operations, lead people, and deliver exceptional performance across all business functions within a specialized fragrance and perfume manufacturing environment.

Strategic Leadership and Business Management – You will provide strategic leadership and overall business management by setting organizational direction, defining business strategies, establishing performance objectives, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the company achieves its financial, operational, and market leadership goals.

Operations and Manufacturing Excellence – You will drive operations and manufacturing excellence by overseeing production planning, optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, managing capacity utilization, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and delivering consistent, high-quality perfume products that meet market demand and customer expectations.

People Leadership and Organizational Development – You will lead people and organizational development by building high-performing teams, recruiting and developing talent, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, setting performance expectations, and ensuring all employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company's vision and values.

Financial Performance and P&L Management – You will manage financial performance and P&L by overseeing budgets, monitoring revenue and profitability, controlling costs, analyzing financial statements, implementing efficiency measures, and ensuring the company achieves sustainable financial growth and shareholder value.

Supply Chain and Procurement Management – You will oversee supply chain and procurement operations by managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials (fragrance oils, alcohol, bottles, packaging), optimizing inventory levels, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining supply chain continuity to support production schedules.

Quality Assurance and Compliance – You will ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance by implementing quality management systems, maintaining adherence to perfume manufacturing standards, coordinating with regulatory authorities, ensuring product safety and consistency, and upholding the company's reputation for quality and excellence.

Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Support – You will support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives by collaborating with commercial teams, understanding market trends, identifying growth opportunities, supporting brand development, and ensuring manufacturing capabilities align with market demand and customer requirements.

Product Development and Innovation – You will support product development and innovation by collaborating with R&D and formulation teams, facilitating new product launches, ensuring production feasibility, and bringing innovative perfume products to market that meet consumer preferences and competitive positioning.
