Duties & Responsibilities:

Tridy Consultancy & Talent Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee the overall business operations of the company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Events industry and demonstrated expertise in team leadership, project management, and business development. The General Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of business operations, including team building, client relationship management, and financial management.

Plan, organize, and manage the overall business operations of the company.

Previous experience in the Events industry is required.

Demonstrate leadership in team management and project management.

Oversee all aspects of business operations, including team building, client relationship management, and financial management.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance and productivity.

Identify opportunities for business growth and development.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
