We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our infrastructure project division, specifically overseeing major projects with Ashghal (Public Works Authority of Qatar).

Required Experience & Qualifications:

18-25 years of extensive experience in infrastructure project management

Proven track record managing Ashghal projects

Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)

Leadership experience in similar executive role

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of large-scale infrastructure projects

Strategic planning and execution of project deliverables

Team leadership and resource management

Client relationship management, especially with Ashghal

Budget oversight and financial performance

Risk management and quality control

Stakeholder communication and reporting
