Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the pre-opening phase, including staff recruitment, training, and establishment of operational procedures

- Ensure compliance with all UAE hospitality regulations and licensing requirements

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives

- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial performance

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes team development and excellence in service

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders

- Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

- Monitor and maintain quality standards across all aspects of the operation

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE hospitality sector

- Proven track record in pre-opening and successfully launching new venue concepts

- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's F&B industry and regulatory environment

- Strong understanding of financial management and P&L responsibility

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with craft beer concepts or similar premium casual dining venues

- Knowledge of the BrewDog brand and its values

- Proficiency in restaurant management software systems

- Additional language skills (Arabic preferred)
