About the Role:

SSMC is seeking an experienced General Ledger Manager to oversee our financial accounting operations. This strategic position requires a detail-oriented professional to maintain the integrity of our financial records and ensure accurate reporting across the organization.

Financial Oversight Responsibilities:

The General Ledger Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the general ledger function including month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Your expertise will ensure compliance with accounting standards while providing reliable financial data for decision-making.

Technical Requirements:

Candidates must possess extensive experience in general ledger management within complex organizational structures. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems is essential for maintaining accurate financial records.

Leadership Expectations:

This role requires supervising accounting staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices in financial controls.

Candidate Profile:

We seek qualified accountants with 7+ years of progressive general ledger experience, preferably in large-scale organizations. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) and Middle East accounting experience will be considered strong advantages.
