Position: General Dentist

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on dental health needs.

Provide preventive care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

Execute various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.

Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.

Stay updated with advancements in dental techniques and technology.

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff for smooth operations.

Manage patient anxiety and ensure a comfortable experience during dental procedures.

Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote dental health.

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry preferred.

Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in dental software and technology.

Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Salary:

AED 20,000 to 35,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
