Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations, manage team performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with team leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor accounting staff in daily operations

Oversee financial data processing, posting, and verification

Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures

Coordinate with management and executive teams for reporting

Monitor internal controls and accounting processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

3-5 years' experience in accounting leadership role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Excellent supervisory and team management skills

Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency

Preferred Skills

Bilingual (English and Arabic)

Experience with ERP systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills
