Job Overview: We are hiring a General Accountant with 5+ years of UAE experience in the construction and landscaping sector. The candidate should be adept at handling the full spectrum of general accounting functions.

Core Responsibilities: Handle journal entries, manage expense records, oversee bank reconciliations, and prepare accurate monthly financial statements. Ensure all accounting operations comply with company policies.

Bookkeeping & Reporting: Maintain and organize financial data in compliance with company standards. Generate reports for management and ensure transparency in financial operations.

Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, HR, and project departments for financial data alignment. Provide support in financial planning and project cost estimation.

Audit & Tax: Assist in internal and external audits. Prepare and file VAT returns, and ensure readiness for tax inspections.

Process Improvement: Recommend improvements in procedures, systems, and reporting tools. Stay updated with UAE accounting and compliance standards.
