Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative in the furniture industry at Mandi Man LLC, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of furniture products by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will represent the company’s brand, showcase the quality and features of furniture products, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of furniture trends, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored furniture solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Showcase and explain the features and benefits of furniture products.

Stay updated on furniture trends and industry developments.

Consultative Selling:

Offer expert advice and consultation to clients.

Provide design recommendations and solutions to meet client requirements.

Quotations and Proposals:

Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals to clients.

Order Processing:

Manage the order process from start to finish.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UAE sales, preferably in the furniture industry or a related field.

Experience in a production house of furniture, with skills in interior and furniture designing preferred.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Sound negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during peak sales periods.

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
