Key Responsibilities

Furniture Assembly: Assemble and install a variety of furniture products according to specifications and quality standards.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to understand project requirements.

Tool Usage: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble furniture components.

Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

Workplace Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a furniture installer or assembler, or a similar role in a manufacturing or retail environment.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of furniture assembly techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy furniture items.

Teamwork: Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing or construction setting.

Location: Willingness to be based on-site and preference to live in company-provided accommodation.
