Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and system capabilities while providing implementation and support services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sage 300 ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects

Gather and analyze business requirements to configure Sage 300 according to client needs

Provide functional consulting services including system configuration, process mapping, and solution design

Train end users and create documentation for system processes and procedures

Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Conduct business process analysis and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Sage 300 ERP implementation and support

Strong understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, and operations

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration

Excellent project management and communication skills

Proven track record of successful ERP implementations

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Sage 300 certification

Experience with additional Sage products and third-party integrations

Knowledge of SQL and crystal reports

Background in accounting or finance

Experience in multiple industries
