Job Description

Job Overview: We are hiring a Front Office Supervisor with strong hospitality experience in 3 or 4-star hotels in the UAE.

Team Support: You will assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and act as the go-to person during their absence.

Guest Handling: Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Training: Mentor and train new front office agents, maintaining high service standards.

Documentation: Supervise shift handovers, maintain logs, and ensure daily records are accurate.

Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
