Job Description:

Flora Hospitality is currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team in Dubai. The Front Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, fluency in Arabic and English languages, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, providing a warm and friendly first impression.

2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

3. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, processing payments and issuing room keys as needed.

4. Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

5. Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.

6. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance.

7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.

8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues as they arise.

9. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

10. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

3. Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is essential.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Proficiency in Opera/Oracle software and Microsoft Office suite.

7. Knowledge of local regulations and cultural sensitivities.

8. Professional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
