Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front office team at a renowned hotel apartment in Dubai. This is an ideal role for a highly organized, guest-oriented professional who thrives in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, supervise staff, monitor room assignments, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, handle guest complaints professionally, and coordinate with other departments.

Guest Experience Management: Ensure exceptional guest service delivery. Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining hospitality standards.

Team Leadership: Train and mentor front desk staff, prepare schedules, and monitor performance. Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment.

Administrative Duties: Oversee daily reports, audit procedures, reservations, and revenue reports. Maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Preferred Profile: We welcome female candidates from Asian or CIS countries who are currently residing in the UAE.
