Front Office Manager

Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations at a 3 or 4-star hotel in Dubai. This is a leadership role for someone who can ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership: You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring front office staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring SOPs are followed at all times.

Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly. Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and high guest ratings.

Training & Performance: Train and evaluate front office team members, setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

Coordination: Work in coordination with housekeeping, F&B, and reservations to ensure seamless operations.

System Management: Oversee the use of hotel software and systems, making sure records and reports are accurate and up to date.
