Front Office Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality and will be responsible for leading the front office operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front office operations including reception, concierge, and guest services

Lead, train, and develop the front office team to maintain high service standards

Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and handle VIP arrivals

Monitor and optimize department performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores

Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Manage department schedules, payroll, and budgets

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures

Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences

Implement and maintain quality control systems

Monitor and analyze revenue and occupancy reports

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in upscale hotels

Strong track record in hospitality management

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Local UAE experience preferred

Must be currently available in the UAE

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Proficiency in hotel management software systems

Financial acumen and budgeting skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Expert knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices

Ability to work under pressure

Professional appearance and demeanor

Additional Requirements

Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays

Strong computer literacy
