Front Office Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Executive/Call Centre Agent with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients, managing inquiries and bookings, and serving as the primary point of contact for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in person at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner

Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from patients in a courteous and efficient way

Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with medical staff

Resolve patient issues and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic services, policies, and procedures

Provide translation support in both Arabic and English as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or front office role in the UAE healthcare sector

Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using office software and patient management systems

Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
