Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Executive to manage our clinic's reception area and handle patient-related administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience and strong communication skills, with Arabic language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the clinic's front desk operations and patient reception
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
Handle patient registration and verify insurance information
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system
Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient schedules and requirements
Manage patient waiting areas and ensure a comfortable environment
Handle administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and reports
Assist with insurance pre-approvals and claims processing
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a healthcare facility front office role
Arabic language proficiency (speaking and writing) preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with medical/clinic management software
Strong understanding of medical insurance procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience in handling cash and processing payments
