Front Office Assistant

Job Description

We're looking to hire a ‘Front Office Assistant.' Please apply if you have relevant experience.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Greeting guests and clients

- Answering and screening phone calls

- Office administration

- Ordering supplies, maintaining stock

- Supporting the Operations team with the day to day running of the office

- Liaising with suppliers for deliveries or maintenance

- Filing, organising and updating documents

- Daily ‘Opening’ and ‘Closing’ of the office

- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material available (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant/Manager, Junior Executive Assistant, Front Office Executive or similar role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Hands on experience with office equipment

- Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance

- Fluent/mother-tongue English, written and verbal communication skills.

Details:

Days: Monday - Friday

Timing: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Location: Business Bay office

Start date: Ideally immediately

Recruitment: 1st stage call, 2nd stage an interview with the Office Manager, followed by the COO (Same day)
