Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Front Desk/Admin Assistant to join our team at our World Trade Center location in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative responsibilities in our Oil & Gas company.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage appointment scheduling, incoming calls, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information about company services to clients and visitors
Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by management
Collaborate with the administrative team to maintain office decorum and protocols
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Prepare meeting rooms including arrangement of water, stationery, and presentation equipment
Perform additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Prior experience in front desk or administrative support roles
Bilingual capability with excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Proficiency with office software and appointment management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
