Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming and organized reception area while efficiently managing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required

Handle courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Manage office supplies and inventory for the reception area

Coordinate with facilities management for maintenance issues

Support basic IT troubleshooting when required

Assist with calendar management and meeting room bookings

Handle basic inquiries and direct complex queries to appropriate departments

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience in a reception or front desk role is advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Professional appearance and demeanor
