Front Desk Executive

Job Description

Position Overview

Seeking a Front Desk Executive with accounting background to handle administrative and data entry responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and reception duties

Handle data entry for accounting documents

Process basic accounting entries and documentation

Maintain filing systems for financial records

Support accounts team with administrative tasks

Manage office correspondence and communication

Handle visitor reception and phone calls

Coordinate with various departments

Maintain office supplies inventory

Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks

Support in document preparation and filing

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field

Experience in administrative roles

Basic accounting knowledge and understanding

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Data entry experience

Strong organizational skills

Essential Skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong data entry accuracy

Good communication abilities

Multitasking capabilities

Professional demeanor

Customer service orientation

Requirements

Valid UAE residence visa preferred

Fluent in English

Experience with F&B industry operations
