Job Description

Front Desk Operations: The Front Desk Admin will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role is ideal for freshers seeking exposure to administrative operations and customer service in a corporate environment, helping maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Reception & Visitor Management: The candidate will manage the reception area, greet and guide visitors, coordinate meetings, and handle inquiries. Effective communication, politeness, and professionalism are critical to ensure a positive first impression for the organization.

Communication & Coordination: The role involves answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth flow of information between departments. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for handling day-to-day office communication.

Document Handling & Records Management: The Front Desk Admin will assist in maintaining files, records, and office documentation. Accuracy, attention to detail, and proper organization of information are crucial for efficient office operations.

Appointment & Schedule Support: The candidate will help manage meeting schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings. Timely coordination and proactive reminders will support smooth daily operations of the organization.

Team Support & Office Assistance: The role includes assisting the administrative team with tasks such as supply management, reporting, and coordinating minor office maintenance. A proactive and flexible approach ensures all tasks are handled efficiently.
