Job Description

Patient Care Operations : The Call Center / Patient Care Executive will manage incoming patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication between patients and medical staff. Maintaining a professional, friendly, and patient-oriented approach is essential to provide high-end customer experiences.

Front Desk Management : The Front Desk / Patient Relations Executive will oversee the reception area, greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating patient flow within the clinic. Professional presentation and adherence to clinic protocols are required to uphold premium service standards.

Clinic Systems Expertise : Both positions require proficiency with clinic management systems to handle appointments, patient records, and billing efficiently. Accurate record-keeping ensures smooth operations and confidentiality of patient information.

Communication and Coordination : Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) are crucial to provide clear information, manage patient expectations, and coordinate with clinical teams. Staff must handle high-end clientele with discretion and professionalism.

Experience in Aesthetic Services : Candidates must have prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinics. Knowledge of procedures, patient care protocols, and client expectations ensures quality service and patient satisfaction.

Team Collaboration : The roles involve working closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to maintain a cohesive and professional clinic environment. Supporting colleagues, sharing information, and assisting in daily operations are key responsibilities.
