Role Overview: Junior Project Managers assist in the planning, budgeting, and execution of events, supporting senior managers while handling smaller projects independently.
Event Planning: You will prepare timelines, manage vendor communication, and oversee initial budgeting phases, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Client Communication: Junior PMs act as the bridge between clients and the project team, ensuring updates are timely and expectations are met.
On-Ground Support: During events, you will manage site operations, direct coordinators, and ensure logistical issues are solved promptly.
Documentation: Handling compliance paperwork, contracts, and vendor agreements will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Leadership Development: This role is designed to transition professionals into full project management roles by providing training and exposure to large-scale projects.
