Duties & Responsibilities

SOLIS Recruitment Middle East is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager/FP&A Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Providing strong leadership and managing a small team.

Developing and maintaining excellent commercial and stakeholder relationships.

Demonstrating robust FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) skills.

Utilizing advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Adopting a can-do attitude to tackle challenges and drive business success.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 7-10 years in a relevant role.

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team.

Excellent commercial and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Advanced FP&A skills.

Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.

Positive and proactive can-do attitude.

Availability: Must be immediately available or have a maximum one-month notice period.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within the UAE is a plus.

Additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
