Job Overview: ASGC Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions. This role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to drive financial insight and support key business decisions. Priority will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.

Core Responsibilities: As FP&A Manager, you will oversee the budgeting process, develop rolling forecasts, and lead long-term financial planning. You will analyze monthly results, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare business performance reviews for senior leadership. The role requires high-level analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen.

Strategic Business Support: You will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and strategic guidance on business planning and investment decisions. This includes scenario modeling, variance analysis, and providing recommendations for revenue optimization and cost efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis: You will manage the development of dashboards, financial reports, and variance analyses to support both operational and strategic initiatives. Your input will directly influence business performance and decision-making at the highest levels.

System Proficiency: The ideal candidate must be proficient in financial modeling tools, Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in implementing budgeting tools or automating reporting processes is a strong advantage.

Leadership & Collaboration: In this managerial role, you will lead a small team of analysts, working cross-functionally with accounting, operations, procurement, and HR to gather data, validate assumptions, and create robust financial strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
