Architectural Design: The Formal Arch Engineer will be responsible for developing and reviewing architectural drawings, layouts, and structural plans in accordance with project requirements and Saudi building codes. The role involves designing detailed concepts, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting the design team in delivering functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural outcomes.

Project Coordination: The engineer will collaborate closely with civil engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure seamless communication between design and execution teams. This includes coordinating construction activities, managing technical submissions, and resolving design-related queries to ensure the project remains aligned with deadlines and quality standards.

Technical Documentation: Responsibilities include preparing architectural specifications, tender documents, and BOQs, as well as maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Formal Arch Engineer will also review shop drawings and ensure design compliance with project and safety requirements.

Site Supervision: The candidate will visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, verify compliance with approved designs, and ensure materials and construction practices meet project standards. Attention to detail and proactive communication with contractors and consultants are essential for maintaining project integrity.

Compliance and Standards: The role requires a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian construction codes, sustainability standards, and regulatory guidelines. The engineer must ensure all architectural works meet legal, environmental, and quality requirements. Strong familiarity with local approval procedures and authority coordination will be an asset.

Software Proficiency: The Formal Arch Engineer should have strong command over design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools. Experience with BIM modeling and rendering software is preferred, as it contributes to effective design presentation and execution planning.
