About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage In Charge to join our prestigious 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned F&B outlets

Supervise and coordinate F&B service staff

Ensure high standards of food and beverage service

Monitor and maintain quality control, service standards, and hygiene levels

Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally

Manage inventory and stock control

Train and develop team members

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service delivery

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B supervision in a hotel environment

Previous experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations

Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

Relevant hospitality degree or diploma preferred

Computer literacy with POS systems
