Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description

Position Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations across our hotel properties, ensuring exceptional dining experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring consistent service excellence and guest satisfaction

Develop and implement strategic F&B initiatives to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency

Manage and mentor a large team of F&B professionals, including supervisors, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

Control food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards through effective inventory management and supplier relations

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations according to UAE standards

Create and manage department budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures

Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal menu changes

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a similar role within luxury hotels

Proven track record of managing multiple F&B outlets and achieving revenue targets

Strong knowledge of international cuisine, beverages, and current F&B trends

Excellence in budget management and cost control

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Experience with F&B management software and POS systems
