Job Description

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the food service operations for an industrial catering project in Neom, Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing and implementing food service strategies, managing daily operations, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive food service strategies aligned with the camp’s objectives and client expectations.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee daily operations of multiple dining halls, including menu planning, food production, and service delivery.

Ensure consistency and quality in food service.

Client Relations:

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for food service-related matters.

Financial Performance:

Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance profitability and service delivery.

Procurement and Cost Efficiency:

Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency.

Requirements:

Education:

Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in large-scale food service operations, preferably in a camp or remote location environment.

Experience in managing diverse culinary teams and catering to multiple nationalities.

Certifications:

HACCP and Food Safety Certification.

Nationality and Age:

Open to European and South African nationalities.

Male, 45 years old and below.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Up to 30,000 SAR per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
