Manage FOH team and casual ushers

Ensure exceptional customer service

Maintain venue safety and presentation

Coordinate performance and event operations

Requirements:

2+ years FOH/Event Management experience

Customer service expertise

WHS and emergency management knowledge

Current First Aid, WWCC, RSA certifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills
