Overview:

Al-Futtaim is seeking a skilled FM Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with significant experience in MEP and HVAC maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our facilities management services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of facilities management, focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) maintenance.

Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Oversee a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure optimal functioning and identify any areas needing repair or maintenance.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory of materials and equipment.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, estimates, and reports related to facilities management.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with a reputed facilities management company in the UAE.

Strong knowledge and experience in MEP and HVAC maintenance.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a team.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in facilities management.
