Overview:

Al-Futtaim is seeking a skilled FM (Facilities Management) Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in facilities management within a tier-1 FM company in the UAE, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within retail facilities.

Ensure all facilities management operations comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Lead and manage a team of supervisors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

Handle client interactions and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budget allocations, and project progress.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and integration of facilities management services.

Continuously assess and improve facilities management processes and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a tier-1 FM company in the UAE.

Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of supervisors and technicians.

Excellent client management and communication skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of facilities management practices, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
