Job Overview:

CG Resourcing is seeking an experienced FM Consultant specializing in Soft Services to join our team. This role involves working with an expanding Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia, managing large-scale and prestigious real estate facilities. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice on effectively managing and controlling all Soft FM services, driving performance improvements from outsourced suppliers, and ensuring that service levels consistently meet or exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This position is based in a remote location and is ideal for candidates willing to travel on a single-status basis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory:

Provide expert advice to clients on strategies for managing and optimizing Soft FM services, including cleaning, waste management, pest control, security, and other non-technical services.

Develop and implement Soft FM service strategies that align with the client's objectives and industry best practices, ensuring high levels of service delivery across all facilities.

Performance Management:

Drive improved performance from outsourced Soft FM suppliers by establishing a clear link between Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Conduct regular audits across the facility portfolio to assess supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistency in service delivery.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure that all Soft FM services comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc, etc.

Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in Facilities Management, incorporating them into the client's Soft FM strategy where appropriate.

Audit & Reporting:

Perform regular audits of Soft FM services to monitor compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs, documenting findings and making recommendations for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on Soft FM service performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with clients and key stakeholders regularly, providing updates on Soft FM service performance, discussing potential improvements, and addressing any concerns.

Act as the primary point of contact for all Soft FM service-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.

Remote Location Management:

Manage Soft FM services in a remote location, ensuring that all necessary resources, personnel, and support are available to maintain high service standards.

Address any challenges associated with managing facilities in a remote location, such as logistical issues, supplier coordination, and resource availability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

Industry Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Soft Services Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in managing iconic or high-visibility facilities.

Proven track record in driving performance improvements and managing outsourced suppliers in a Facilities Management context.

Technical Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of Soft FM practices, including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and security.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc, and other relevant guidelines.

Personal Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective Soft FM strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Ability to work independently in a remote location, managing resources and overcoming challenges to ensure successful service delivery.

Willingness to Relocate:

Candidates must be willing to work in a remote location within Saudi Arabia, with the flexibility to adapt to challenging working conditions.
