Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service delivery

Manage and coordinate service staff activities during shifts

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally

Train and mentor service staff on procedures and standards

Monitor dining room cleanliness and presentation

Assist in staff scheduling and workflow management

Coordinate between kitchen and service teams

Maintain proper cash handling and payment procedures

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor in restaurant operations

Fluent in Arabic (essential)

Strong command of English

Currently based in UAE and available to start immediately

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurants

Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in Middle Eastern cuisine restaurants

Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards

Additional languages are a plus

Food safety certification
