This is a pre-opening opportunity, which means you will not be stepping into a routine. You will be helping to build one from the ground up. As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the front-of-house experience, training the service team, and ensuring that every detail of the guest journey is polished before the first reservation is taken. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to set service standards, design floor plans, and create the kind of warm, seamless hospitality that keeps guests coming back.

Once the doors open, your focus will shift to the daily rhythm of service. You will oversee the floor during service hours, manage the flow of guests, and handle any issues with the composure that comes from real experience. You will coach and mentor the service team, ensuring they deliver consistently excellent hospitality. You will also be responsible for inventory management, coordinating with the bar and kitchen teams, and maintaining the high standards that define a luxury dining experience.

This role is for someone who has worked in gourmet cafes, bistros, luxury fine dining, or resort environments. You understand the pace, the precision, and the people skills required to make every guest feel seen and valued. You likely have a few years of supervisory experience under your belt and are ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make your mark. Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with the Dubai market and its discerning clientele.

The opening is scheduled for mid-September, and immediate joiners are preferred. This means you will be there from the very beginning—training the team, polishing the service standards, and getting ready to welcome the first guests through the door.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jumeirah, Dubai. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 10,600, commensurate with experience. You will be part of an exciting new concept that aims to bring something fresh and memorable to Dubai's vibrant dining scene.
