Behind every smooth-running transport operation is someone who keeps the vehicles on the road, the suppliers aligned, and the records accurate. Alyousuf Motors, part of the Al Yousuf Group, a diversified Emirati family business established in 1953, is looking for a Fleet & Transport Coordinator to support its group fleet and transportation operations in Ajman. This is a role for someone who understands that fleet coordination is not just about logistics. It is about keeping a business moving.

This is a role for someone with two to three years of UAE experience in fleet management, transportation, or vehicle maintenance. You will manage the repair and maintenance of the group fleet, coordinating with workshops, technicians, and service providers to ensure that vehicles are available when needed. You will coordinate outsourced transportation services across the group, working closely with transport providers to maintain schedules and service levels. You will maintain accurate fleet records, documentation, tracking, and periodic reports for the Transport Manager. You will track, verify, and coordinate the timely processing and settlement of fleet-related invoices with the Accounts Department. You will also assist the Transport Manager with vehicle procurement, sale and disposal, repair, and maintenance activities, and ensure effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and your ability to follow up will directly impact the efficiency of the fleet.

The ideal candidate has experience in fleet management, transportation, or vehicle maintenance, with strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. You have good documentation and reporting abilities, and you are comfortable coordinating with multiple suppliers and service providers. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting the wider transport team. A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. The salary is AED 5,000 per month.
